Mohan Bhagwat- RSS Sarsanghachalak Mohan Bhagwat has said that Vedic knowledge in the country, especially in North India, has suffered a lot due to continuous occupation. He also visited the Kanchi Kamakodi Peetha Shankaracharya Swami Shankara Vijayendra Saraswati and attended the Agnihotra Sabha held at the Chet Singh Fort on the banks of the Ganges.
“The Vedas are the treasure of our wisdom; Everything is included in it. Vedic knowledge suffered a lot due to successive invasions, especially in North India . Followers of the Agnihotra tradition do your work and we are here to ensure your protection. This is the time of the rise of Sanatan Dharma and the rise of India. “Truth is the basis of Dharma,” he said.

Shankaracharya also appreciated the country’s progress. “We are witnessing the growth of a ‘Digital India’, now, we have to build a ‘Divine Bharat’. Shankaracharya Swami said that there should be charity for the protection and propagation of Dharma. It is necessary to protect temples and promote Dharma through religious institutions.
